What is the Wakeheart return policy?

 

Your happiness means the world to us, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to support@wakeheart.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we can refund or exchange your items. If you choose to return your items and your items are eligible for a refund, we will refund your order, minus the shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Candles must be unused and wick must be in perfect condition to qualify for a refund. Unopened fragrances are eligible for a refund. Opened fragrances are only eligible for an even exchange. Wakeheart can only take returns and exchanges from the U.S. only at this time. Wakeheart reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

 

If you received the WRONG items please contact us at support@wakeheart.com within 3 business days and we’ll be sure to get you the RIGHT items ASAP!

 

What if my product is damaged or broken?

 

Not to worry. Please contact support@wakeheart.com send us a photo and video of the damaged or broken piece and we will help resolve that.
